Biography of Jamie
"Art is what you can get away with." -Andy Warhol
Jamie was born and raised in Catoosa, Oklahoma. Art is in her blood, from her great-grandmother to her mother. From an early age, Jamie has loved to recreate the world through her eyes. Starting with crayons as a toddler, she progressed to acrylic by the age of 6. Currently Jamie is a student at Tulsa Community College pursuing a bachelors in art. Her meduim of choice remains acrylic, though she is begining to master oil paints. Jamie's work ranges from peaceful still lifes to outragous fruit bats. "I find inspiration in all the Mother's creations, it's diffucult for me to say exactly what my style is or what exactly inspires me."
